The Latin beauty was horrified to turn up to the New York screening of new movie 'An Unfinished Life' to find PETA - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals - members waving placards and banners.
One sign showed a picture of an animal killed for its fur, with a slogan saying: "Here's an unfinished life."
Jennifer, who attended the premiere with husband Marc Anthony, became the target of PETA protestors became she sometimes wears fur, and she also used fur in her new fashion range, Sweetface.
Earlier this year, Jennifer was targeted by furious anti-fur activists, who rampaged at her Los Angeles 'Monster-in-Law' premiere.
PETA greeted the diva on the red carpet with teams of angry protestors holding banners, which read 'Monster-in-Fur', alongside graphic photos of animal cruelty.
Animal-lover Pamela Anderson also launched a scathing attack on J.Lo, saying she "smells like a dog."
The former 'Baywatch' babe said she was disgusted with the cover of Jennifer's new album, which features the sexy singer wrapped in fur.
Pammy told America's Jane magazine: "People who wear fur smell like a dog if they're in the rain. And they look fat and gross.
"Every season furriers put out propaganda saying fur is taking off again and give free coats to idiots like Jennifer Lopez and Puff Daddy. It makes me nauseous."
